The Limbic Brain

This is my understanding about "The Limbic Brain" which I came through while I was reading the book "WHAT EVERYBODY IS SAYING" by Joe Navarro.

 Our brain, depending on the situation acts in three different ways -the reptilian brain, -the limbic brain, -the human brain.

 The Limbic Brain is also called as 'the honest brain'. Because it is the part of the brain which reacts to the world reflexively and instantaneously, in real time, and without thought. So it cannot lie. It is our emotional centre. It gives off a true response to the information coming around us.

 So, as an amateur mentalist, one of the things you need to observe in others is their body language and reflexes.
